Quality & accreditation

Assessment-ready, because the evidence is the work.

CASEY keeps the records a quality manager needs in the same system as the casework they describe, and it is in use within UKAS-accredited environments. When the assessor asks, you open a screen instead of building a binder.

Quality assurance

Review built into the case lifecycle.

  1. 01

    Self-assessment

The examiner completes your unit’s self-assessment questions before the case goes for review.

  2. 02

    Peer review

Review at Basic, Intermediate or Full level, chosen to match the risk of the case.

  3. 03

    Quality control

QC question sets your quality manager defines, applied consistently.

  4. 04

    On the record

QA activity is logged on the case’s QA tab, with the history kept for audit.

Alignment

Mapped to what assessors look for.

CASEY is designed around the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and the Forensic Science Regulator’s Code of Practice, and is used within UKAS-accredited environments. Accreditation remains the responsibility of each organisation. CASEY provides the structured records that support it.
